Gelish Aftercare
-
Never pick or peel Gelish as it can cause damage to the natural nail,
-
Wear rubber gloves when washing up, cleaning or gardening as it can cause lifting
-
Use cuticle oil twice a day to keep the Gelish flexible and the cuticle hydrated
-
Chlorine may lift Gelish in extreme cases, always wash your hands after swimming to rinse away the chlorine
-
Sun tan cream, and insect repellent may affect Gelish so try to avoid it coming into contact with your nails
-
Filing your nails, and breaking a nail may break the seal of the Gelish and cause premature lifting. Paint the edge of the nail with a clear nail polish if a nail breaks or if filing is necessary
-
Gelish can last up to 2-3 weeks, I reccomend this is removed in the salon or by the home removal kits that are avaliable to purchase at Luxe Beauty.
